1. What this is

This website is a professional portfolio. The Meta app is used to receive and reply to WhatsApp messages about enquiries and client work. It is not a social network, and it does not provide a public messaging product to other businesses.

2. Using the site and WhatsApp

• Provide accurate contact details if you ask me to reply.
• Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through the form or WhatsApp.
• Do not attempt to access non-public parts of the site, the Meta app, or my accounts.
• WhatsApp use is also subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms.

I reply to messages you start. I do not use the WhatsApp Business API for unsolicited marketing. You can opt out by sending STOP or by emailing me.

3. Login and the Meta app

If you authorize the app through Meta's Login dialog, you grant only the permissions shown in that dialog. I use that access to operate WhatsApp Business messaging as described in the Privacy Policy. You can remove the app at any time from your Facebook settings and request deletion of data I hold. See how to request deletion.

4. No professional engagement by itself

Sending a message does not create a client contract. Paid work starts only when we agree scope and terms separately. Portfolio descriptions are summaries of past work, not offers or guarantees of a particular result.

5. Availability

The website, WhatsApp channel, and Meta app are provided as available. Messaging depends on Meta, hosting, and network providers. I may suspend WhatsApp replies if a number is misused or if Meta restricts the account.
