Privacy Policy

I am a freelance full-stack web developer and automation specialist based in Nigeria. This website is my professional portfolio. The Meta app exists so I can send and receive WhatsApp Business messages for that practice.

For privacy or data-deletion requests, email the address above with the subject "Privacy request" or "Data deletion request". Instructions are in How to request deletion.

Website. When you browse this site, the hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and timestamps. I do not run advertising trackers or sell this data.

Contact form. If you send a message through the contact page, I collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the content of your message.

Meta Login dialog. If you log in with Facebook or otherwise authorize my Meta app, I receive only the information you approve in that dialog. Depending on the permissions shown, that can include your public profile (name and profile picture), email address, Facebook user ID, and the permissions you grant. If you connect a WhatsApp Business account, Meta may also provide business and phone-number identifiers needed to send and receive messages for that account.

WhatsApp. If you message my business WhatsApp number, I may receive your mobile phone number, WhatsApp profile name and picture (if public), message content, media you send (images, documents, audio), message status, and timestamps. This data is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site, Meta app and WhatsApp channel are not directed at children.

I use personal information only to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide the web development, automation or consulting services you request
• Operate WhatsApp Business messaging: connect the business account, identify the conversation, and reply
• Communicate with you by email, SMS or WhatsApp about a request you started
• Operate, secure and improve this website and the Meta app
• Meet legal, tax or accounting obligations where required

I do not use Login or WhatsApp data to post on your Facebook profile, build advertising audiences, or send unsolicited marketing. If you message me first, I may reply on WhatsApp about that same request.

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

I use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to receive and send business messages. When you communicate with me on WhatsApp, or authorize the app in the Login dialog:

• Meta processes the login and the message under Meta's own terms and Privacy Policy
• I process the information described above so I can reply and deliver the service you asked for
• You can stop WhatsApp contact at any time by messaging STOP or by emailing me. I will not continue messaging you on WhatsApp after you opt out, except where I must keep a record of the request

I do not share conversation content or Login data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Meta provides the infrastructure. I am responsible for how I use the information I receive.

I use service providers that process data on my instructions:

• Website hosting (for example Vercel) — to serve this site
• Supabase — to store contact-form submissions
• Termii — to send me an SMS when a contact form is submitted
• Meta / WhatsApp — to show the Login dialog, host app details, and deliver WhatsApp Business messages

These providers may process data on servers outside Nigeria. I choose providers that offer reasonable security and contractual protections for personal data.

Contact-form submissions and records from the Meta app are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and typically no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required for a live project, legal claim or accounting record.

WhatsApp messages are kept for the time needed to complete your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. You may ask me to delete them, and I will do so unless I am required to retain them.

I use HTTPS on this website, restrict access to contact submissions, and use service credentials only on the server. App secrets for the Meta app are not published on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If I become aware of a data incident that affects you, I will notify you where the law requires it.

Depending on applicable law (including Nigeria's data protection rules), you may ask me to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose.

To make a request, email ayinderamoni@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request" or "Data deletion request", and include the phone number, email or Facebook account the data relates to. I may need to verify that the request comes from you. Step-by-step instructions, including how to remove the app from Facebook, are on the data deletion page.

I may update this policy when my services or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when I do. The current version will always be published at this URL, which is the URL entered in the Meta App Dashboard.
