Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ayinde Ramoni Bolajoko ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit this website, submit the contact form, or communicate with me on WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform (including the WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.).
1. Who I am
I am a freelance full-stack web developer and automation specialist based in Nigeria. This website is my professional portfolio and contact channel.
- Name: Ayinde Ramoni Bolajoko
- Email: ayinderamoni@gmail.com
- Phone: +234 902 615 8949
- Location: Nigeria
For privacy requests, use the email address above.
2. Information I collect
Website. When you browse this site, the hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and timestamps. I do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Contact form. If you send a message through the contact page, I collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the content of your message.
WhatsApp. If you message my business WhatsApp number, I may receive your mobile phone number, WhatsApp profile name and picture (if public), message content, media you send (images, documents, audio), and message timestamps. This data is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site and WhatsApp channel are not directed at children.
3. How I use the information
I use personal information only to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide the web development, automation or consulting services you request
- Communicate with you by email, SMS or WhatsApp about your project
- Operate, secure and improve this website
- Meet legal, tax or accounting obligations where required
WhatsApp messages are used to answer customer questions, send service updates you asked for, and continue a conversation you started. I do not use WhatsApp to send unsolicited marketing. If you message me first, I may reply on WhatsApp about that same request.
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. WhatsApp Business API
I use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to receive and send business messages. When you communicate with me on WhatsApp:
- Meta processes the message as described in Meta's WhatsApp Business and privacy terms
- I process the same conversation so I can reply and deliver the service you asked for
- You can stop WhatsApp contact at any time by messaging STOP or by emailing me. I will not continue messaging you on WhatsApp after you opt out, except where I must keep a record of the request
I do not share WhatsApp conversation content with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Meta provides the infrastructure; I am responsible for how I use the messages I receive.
5. Where data is stored and who processes it
I use service providers that process data on my instructions:
- Website hosting (for example Vercel) — to serve this site
- Supabase — to store contact-form submissions
- Termii — to send me an SMS when a contact form is submitted
- Meta / WhatsApp — to deliver WhatsApp Business messages
These providers may process data on servers outside Nigeria. I choose providers that offer reasonable security and contractual protections for personal data.
6. How long I keep data
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and typically no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required for a live project, legal claim or accounting record.
WhatsApp messages are kept for the time needed to complete your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. You may ask me to delete a conversation, and I will do so unless I am required to retain it.
7. Security
I use HTTPS on this website, restrict access to contact submissions, and use service-role credentials only on the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If I become aware of a data incident that affects you, I will notify you where the law requires it.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law (including Nigeria's data protection rules), you may ask me to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose.
To make a request, email ayinderamoni@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". I may need to verify that the request comes from you.
9. Changes
I may update this policy when my services or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when I do. The current version will always be published at this URL.
